Cooks will prepare a variety of plant-based recipes using various kitchen tools and equipment according to a daily prep list and recipe cards. They will perform various tasks ranging from preparing ingredients and cooking, to cleaning kitchen surfaces and mopping floors. They will also help coordinate weekly specials, working with seasonal ingredients and rotating menu items. Cooks work under the direction of the senior member of the kitchen staff. Ideal candidates will easily follow instructions when given and follow all health and safety rules in the kitchen.
Barista & Front Counter
Baristas will operate the front counter. They must be passionate about the food and beverage industry, enjoy working with people and be able to provide engaging and responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all customers. They will be responsible for making recommendations, providing samples, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks as well as food items either for dine in or carry out. Baristas will also be responsible for entering guests' orders into the POS and processing their payment as well as cleaning and stocking products.
